CrossFit Kids Holiday Program

Our Kids Holiday program are fun and inclusive classes designed to develop the fundamental movements for CrossFit Kids. While the kids participate in games, team building exercises and more, they will learn how to move their bodies safely and develop life long skills. The program is a fantastic way to get your kids involved in physical activity, build a positive association with exercise and is a great lead-up to our term programs.
