Teens train alongside our adult members in any of our group classes — giving your teen more time options and the chance for parents and teens to train together. Our coaches ensure every session is appropriate, challenging, and fun for all ages.

Why our teens program?

It would be nice if we could protect our teens from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong.

Our teens train in the same group classes as our adult members, coached and scaled to be age-appropriate. This means more class times to choose from, and the option for parents and teens to work out side by side. Your teen will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence in a real training environment — not a watered-down version.

Plus, teen memberships receive a 10% discount.
