On-Ramp
Our On-Ramp program is a highly recommended structured program consisting of 4x 1:1 sessions with one of our passionate and experienced coaches.
Each session gives us an opportunity to asses your movements patterns or any restrictions, while allowing you the to learn how to move your body, and move your body with resistance.
You will build confidence and learn the fundamental movements, which are the building blocks for functional fitness and our group classes.
The 4x 1 hour sessions are appointment based to fit into your schedule, and are the quickest and safest way to get you ‘up-to-speed’ ready to tackle your fitness goals.
Coaching
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for 1:1 coaching with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level.
Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
CrossFit
Our group classes are a structured class with a specific warm-up and workout for the day.
We will often have two sections within the 60min class working on technique and strength followed by a workout for a healthy heart and cardiovascular system.
The high intensity comes in-time after learning proper technique and movement patterns.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals.

Foundations & Fitness
Our Foundations class develops the fundamentals of strength & aerobic fitness.
These are similar to our CrossFit classes, but focus primarily on the foundational movements. You will continue building correct movement patterns, while building healthy muscles, joints and cardio.
Teens
Our teen options are a fun, caring and supportive environment. Our ultimate goal for our teen members is to make fitness fun, and safe and progressive, for a life long love of movement and exercise.
