On-Ramp

Our bodies are designed to push, pull, bend, lunge and squat. We perform these actions 100’s of times daily. Our On-Ramp program provides you with the opportunity to learn these fundamentals, so that you have the skills and ability to progress safely and quicker towards your goals. Our On-Ramp program is 4 x 1-1 sessions, booked via appointment to teach you the fundamentals and get you up to speed.

Coaching

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

CrossFit

Our group classes follow the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The high intensity comes after learning proper technique and movement patterns. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again.

Develop fundamentals of strength & aerobic fitness.

Teens

Our teen program is a fun, caring and supportive environment. Our ultimate goal for our teen classes are to make fitness fun and safe. Our program is specifically programmed for teenagers and follows a progressive strength and fitness methodology with emphasis on correct technique. Class times can be found on the Schedule Page for our CrossFit Teens class.
